Carton Flow

The "gravity flow" order selection method offers a return on investment that is far greater than with any other picking system. It is a simple, effective concept that uses inclined shelves equipped with roll track beds to move goods by gravity from restocking to the picking side of the system.

No power source is required. And because frontage per item is greatly reduced, restocking and picking can be done much faster. In fact, one person can do the work of three or four.

Static Shelving: Pickers spend only 15% of their time doing productive work.

A gravity carton flow system may cost a little more than conventional shelving but it cuts labour costs drastically.

Span-Track™

Span-Track^TM is a unique, conveyor-like carton flow track. Span-Track^TM sections can be added to any new or existing pallet rack, spanning and supported by the pallet rack beams.

This takes advantage of the strength of the rack structure and makes maximum use of rack capacity since no shelves or intermediate supports are needed (as is the case with plastic wheel track).
